Senior and junior international experts in the field of public finance management - Public Finance Reform programme in Syrian Arab Republic
Technical assistance to the Public Finance Reform programme
To provide technical assistance in the field of public finance reform to improve the effectiveness of public expenditure management and to deepen and broaden revenue reform. This should be done through a number of activities including the undertaking of a full public expenditure and financial accountability assessment, capacity building for the budget planning, roll-out of charts of accounts, financial reporting, budget execution, tax policy, revenue planning, tax collection and Expansion of the tax base.
Profil et qualifications requis
As part of our expanding portfolio, including the recent award of the Public Finance Reform Programme (Syrian Arab Republic) , Egis Bdpa is seeking senior and junior international experts in the field of public finance management. Particular expertise is sought in the following areas:
- Budget
- Public expenditure management
- Fiscal reform
- Accounting
- Audit (internal and external)
- Training
- IFMIS
